We are hiring a Data Analyst to analyze and use data to help business teams make decisions.
Your role: produce reliable analyses, design effective dashboards, and contribute to a data-driven culture.

Your tasks

Define business needs
• Gather and formalize the analytical needs of business teams.
• Translate operational issues into measurable indicators.
• Help write job descriptions for analytical roles.
• Define necessary technical skills (BI, SQL, visualization, statistics).

Contribute to recruitment
• Evaluate candidates on:
o SQL and data manipulation
o Dashboard creation
o Business analysis skills
• Design and analyze practical cases (dataset analysis, KPI creation, data storytelling).
• Confirm ability to produce structured and usable analyses.

Support & skill development
• Train on internal BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Share best practices for analysis and visualization.
• Help understand business challenges.
• Ensure alignment with defined data standards.

Structure analytical practices
• Define and standardize reporting formats.
• Improve the quality and clarity of analyses produced.
• Contribute to spreading a data-driven culture within the organization.

Do you combine technical mastery with business understanding?

Technical skills
• Advanced SQL
• BI tools: Power BI / Tableau / Looker
• Advanced Excel
• Python or R (depending on environment)
• Data visualization and storytelling

Functional skills
• Strong understanding of business needs
• Analytical thinking and synthesis skills
• Ability to structure an analysis and make recommendations
• Clear communication with stakeholders

Proven experience in data analysis is required.
