As part of the activities related to the capacity management of mobile networks, you will join the DTR Team within Sofrecom,

you will be responsible for:

Developing and publishing capacity dashboards (BIOM, Data Roaming, Mobile Data, IAO,

CP...) by using available data.

Automating the production and updating of dashboards as much as possible to reduce manual interventions.

Providing reliable and relevant indicators to support operational performance and decision-making.

Designing and automating dashboards that meet different needs: capacity monitoring of network/telecom infrastructure

Collecting and integrating data from various platforms: GitLab, Mage, Solaire.

Setting up data pipelines and ensuring their continuous optimization.

Setting up and monitoring KPIs on Power BI and Grafana, with a presentation adapted to business needs.

Knowing how to interpret network and telecom equipment data (traffic, consumption,

capacity).

Contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting processes

Master's degree (Bac +5) in data analysis or equivalent with:

Proficiency in Power BI, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch

Development & automation: Python (data processing, automation scripts).

Monitoring: Prometheus (metric collection and monitoring).

Data integration: GitLab...

APIs & data pipelines: integration, optimization, and maintenance.

Networks & telecommunications: knowledge of mobile network architectures (core, access,

backbone), firewalls, routers, mobile network topology, traffic, consumption, and capacity.

Office tools: proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
