Job Description

As part of strengthening its teams, we are recruiting a Customer Service Representative for an agency located in Tangier.

Reporting to the agency manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Welcome and assist clients in the agency

Identify customer needs and propose suitable offers and services

Sell telecom products and services (mobile, internet, accessories)

Handle customer requests, complaints, and operations

Contribute to achieving the agency's commercial objectives

Ensure a quality customer experience

Profile Sought

Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree (commerce, management, customer relations, or equivalent)

A first experience in sales or customer relations is a plus

Good command of French

Customer service oriented, dynamic, and commercial spirit

Salary and benefits

Salary: 3,000 MAD net

Bonus from the 2nd month, depending on performance
