• Manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts (client, partners, etc.)
• Identify and anticipate contractual risks, propose suitable mitigation measures
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and alert stakeholders in case of deviation or potential dispute
• Monitor budget commitments for ongoing contracts: control committed amounts, alert on overspending, and provide regular reporting to business and finance departments
• Establish and maintain a contract repository (templates, standard clauses, validation process)
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to provide operational advice
• Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of contracting processes
  

• Master's degree / Higher education diploma in management/finance
• More than 3 years of experience in contract management, ideally in a service provider environment
• Excellent writing skills.
