Responsibilities Analyze client organizational structures and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide expert advice on change management and workforce transformation.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to support HR initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
Perform thorough assessments of human capital to inform strategic planning.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients highlighting recommendations and outcomes.
Support clients in talent management, succession planning, and performance optimization.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR consultant or organizational development specialist.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational design principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in HR analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
