Cloud DevOps Engineer (Spanish speaker) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Within the Casablanca service center, your main responsibilities are:

Deployment / Change Operations:

• • Ensure the deployment of applications in scope
• Process tickets according to their criticality
• Provide support to teams on internal cloud infrastructure.
• Prepare the necessary infrastructures for applications in the pre-production and production environments.
• Monitor and anticipate network access openings.
• Support the development teams on operational, infrastructure, and production aspects.
• Ensure the security by design aspect of the infrastructures we build, with the support of the DTSI and DSI security teams.
• Produce and maintain the necessary CICD/DEVOPS pipelines in collaboration with the development teams.
• Maintain operational readiness (MCO) of the systems, ensuring compliance with standards and performance criteria.
• Lead and/or provide expertise during incident analysis and crisis management in problem-solving.
• Define procedures and communicate deployment guidelines.
• Be a carrier of quality feedback loops for the applications and business chains in scope.

With a higher education degree (Bac +5 level) in computer science, you have significant experience of at least 5 years in DevOps & Cloud technical environments.

Analytical and synthesis skills

You enjoy sharing and working in a team, you are communicative and dedicated.

You are capable of leading meetings and writing technical reports in Spanish (professional level required)
