Chief Accountant | Casablanca (Morocco)

As part of strengthening our financial department, we are recruiting an experienced Chief Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Department, you will be responsible for the management and supervision of all the company's accounting operations.

Main tasks:

- Supervise general and analytical accounting; - Ensure regular account keeping in accordance with Moroccan standards; - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports; - Produce financial statements and management reports; - Guarantee compliance with tax and social obligations: - Coordinate with statutory auditors and external auditors; - Manage and train the accounting team; - Implement and improve internal procedures.

Profile sought:

Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac + 5) from a top business school with a specialization in accounting and financial management,
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Prerequisites:
Excellent command of accounting and financial rules; Good knowledge of accounting and legal compliance controls; Good teaching and interpersonal skills; Rigor, organization, autonomy, and integrity are essential.
