Chemical Engineer Product Development | Casablanca (Morocco)

Reporting to the Head of Design and Development, your responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the design and development of new coating and technical fabric products in accordance with design/development files to promote innovation and competitiveness of the company
• Lead, coordinate, and approve the development of new products
• Carry out all or part of the design steps in coordination with production, research, and marketing managers
• Fill in documents and the system for traceability and ensure the management of design and development files
• Ensure the follow-up of raw material approvals (Lab and industrial)
• Ensure that assigned objectives are met

• Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) or an Engineering degree in Plastics, Chemistry, Textiles, or Paint, you have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally gained in the plastics, textile, or paint sectors.
• You have solid skills in fine chemistry as well as in new product development project management. Experience in product certification processes is a major asset.
• With excellent organizational skills, you demonstrate autonomy, availability, rigor, and creativity in carrying out your tasks.
• Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken, is essential for this position.
