Cell Manager (Packaging Unit) (M/F) | Meknès (Morocco)

Centrale Danone is looking for its new Cell Manager (packaging unit) based at the Meknès Plant.

• In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Defining the resources and establishing the necessary conditions for carrying out the production plan within the required deadlines, while integrating quality and cost constraints.
• Deploying and implementing the unit's objectives and action plans, in the short and medium term, within the framework of the annual budget and new projects,
• Ensuring the achievement of QCDMS objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Safety),
• Analyzing quality defects with your team and taking measures to prevent their recurrence by using all resources available to the unit,
• Maintaining dashboards, identifying malfunctions and bottlenecks, and developing action plans.
• Evaluating your employees and determining their training needs (promoting versatility),
• Regularly leading meetings to communicate on achievements and areas for improvement,
• Leading daily TOP meetings and interface meetings with other processes,
• Ensuring the success of projects and trials within the unit,
• Participating in the development of investment and operating budgets,
• Participating in the development of the production plan,
• Planning and leading the implementation of the Realization Process
• Informing about modifications that may affect the SMSQDA and ensuring its updates
• Leading and participating in the update of the HACCP system / PRP Plan
• Planning and carrying out verification of the SMSQDA
• Participating in the analysis of the results of verification activities
• Ensuring strict compliance with all safety instructions,
• Monitoring the food safety performance of the unit

• You are an Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the agri-food sector, with a minimum Green Belt certification and preferably Black Belt.
• You are agile and proactive.
• You are oriented towards problem-solving.
• You have a strong ability to synthesize information.
• You have strong team management skills.
• You have leadership skills and know how to unite teams around the same objective.
