1. System and Application Analysis 3+ years Ability to analyze and document complex servicebased and integrationdriven IT systems, including service orchestration and assurance platforms
2. Agile Delivery & Product Ownership Support 3+ years Experience supporting Agile teams by managing backlogs, refining features and user stories, and participating in Scrum or SAFe ceremonies
3. Business Analysis & Requirements Management 3+ years Strong capability to elicit, analyze, and document functional, nonfunctional, and integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business and program objectives
4. Network Assurance Domain Expertise 3+ years Good understanding of service assurance and service management concepts, including event correlation, workflow orchestration, operational processes, and performance metrics
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication 3+ years Proven ability to collaborate with Business Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Delivery teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery

Main Job Reponsibilities:
1. Elicit and Manage Requirements: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
2.Backlog Management & Prioritization: Support product planning activities by refining and prioritizing backlog items to align business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
3. Solution and Systems Analysis: Participate in solution design and systems analysis activities to ensure proposed solutions meet both functional and nonfunctional requirements, including performance, scalability, and reliability considerations.
4. EndtoEnd Delivery Support: Support the delivery lifecycle from concept through implementation by contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and release coordination.
5. Process & System Improvement: Analyze existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization or modernization.
6. Agile Team Enablement: Act as a liaison between business and delivery teams, providing ongoing clarification of requirements, supporting testing and validation activities, and helping ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication across stakeholders, sharing progress updates, risks, and dependencies to support informed decisionmaking.
8. Test Case Creation & Validation Support: Develop and maintain functional and integration test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring coverage across endtoend business and system scenarios.
9. Test Execution & Deployment Support: Support test execution activities during sprint cycles, system integration testing, and deployments, including defect triage, validation of fixes, and verification of release readiness.
