Your missions will focus on preparing and serving drinks, managing stock, and providing personalized customer service.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, hot and cold drinks with precision and creativity.
• Warmly welcome customers, take orders, and advise on drink choices.
• Maintain an impeccable workspace, ensure the cleanliness of the bar and equipment.
• Manage stock, place replenishment orders, and check deliveries.
• Participate in the development of new drink menus and propose original creations.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage payments accurately.

A high school diploma (Bac level) is required, ideally supplemented by a specialization in Hospitality / Catering professions.

Significant experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury establishments (palaces, high-end hotels, renowned restaurants), is essential to succeed in this role.

• Perfect mastery of barman and mixology techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
• Keen sense of customer service, impeccable courtesy, and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of customers.
• Creativity and initiative to propose new ideas.
• Rigor in stock management and adherence to procedures.
• Good presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and other foreign languages is a major asset.
