Join our dynamic team in the Other Services sector in Casablanca! We are looking for a passionate Automotive Dashboard Technician to contribute to the innovation and quality of our products. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the automotive industry in a stimulating environment.

Your role will be essential in managing dashboard-related projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and deadlines. You will be a key player in achieving our performance and quality objectives, bringing specialized technical expertise.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating the various development stages, from design to production. You will be responsible for monitoring technical progress, managing interfaces with engineering and production teams, and resolving encountered issues. Part of your role will also involve conducting feasibility studies and proposing continuous improvements.

• Participation in defining specifications.
• Monitoring of tests and validations.
• Analysis of quality feedback and implementation of corrective actions.

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Project Management, Automotive Design, or R&D.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry, is expected. This background will allow you to quickly understand our challenges and contribute effectively from your integration.

We are looking for a person with excellent organizational skills and a strong analytical ability. Your thoroughness and your aptitude for solving complex problems will be major assets. Good command of project management tools and in-depth knowledge of automotive embedded systems are essential.
