ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER | Casablanca (Morocco)

The LABELVIE CARREFOUR franchisee is recruiting Assistant Store Managers for CASABLANCA (CITY CENTER)

Reporting to the store manager, your role is to ensure the management of the store by making sure that your turnover and profitability reach the established objectives.

Mission:

To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Guarantee the 4Ps at the department level (Place. Price. Promotion. Presentation)
• Manage and develop departments based on set objectives (Turnover. Margin. Stock..).
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.
• Respect the commercial policy of the brand.
• Build a good image for the store and build customer loyalty.
• Organize the work of your team and ensure close management.

Profile sought:

With a BAC+2 education, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in mass distribution, during which you have developed the following skills:

• Ability to define margin and selling prices.
• Ability to define assortments and layouts.
• Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
• Ability to make proposals to improve results.
• Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
• Autonomy & reactivity, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
