Mission

Ensure the operational maintenance of a portfolio of applications and participate in the implementation of new tools, in line with business process evolutions, while respecting Group procedures, current legislation, and professional compliance and conduct rules.

Roles and responsibilities

Analyze needs and manage the operational maintenance of one or more techno-functional areas in conjunction with the IT architect.
Take charge of level 2 and 3 incidents within the framework of user support and propose innovative solutions.
Plan the activities of internal or external teams and monitor their progress.
Participate in the design of IT solutions by writing and analyzing functional and technical specifications (class diagrams, interfaces between applications, by carrying out IT developments and by leading the testing phase).
Perform corrective, evolutionary, and/or preventive maintenance of solutions.
Assign rights and authorizations on applications.
Handle anomalies.
Collect and qualify requests and needs for corrective, evolutionary, and/or preventive maintenance of the IS.
Monitor regulatory and technological evolutions of the IS.
Contribute to the optimization of business processes, data, applications, and systems associated with project scoping.
Anticipate changes and their business impacts on the IS.
Analyze trends and be a driving force for proposing digital solutions to reposition the business in relation to competition and market movements.
Ensure compliance with security standards and report any incidents to the security manager and management.

Ensure compliance with professional conformity and conduct requirements through organizational and procedural measures in accordance with Group guidelines in this regard.

Job Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT Development
2 years of experience in a similar role,
Good knowledge of SAP
Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
