The position involves inspection activities across supplier sites, warehouses and project worksites, working closely with Project Quality, Construction and Engineering teams to support safe, compliant and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:
The QC cum Welding Inspector is responsible for quality inspection and assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will:
- Perform inspection activities at supplier sites, warehouses and worksites to verify compliance with specifications, codes, standards and purchase order requirements
- Witness and review inspections and testing activities in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Verify approvals prior to work commencement, including welding procedures, welder qualifications and certifications
- Review, validate and endorse quality records generated during manufacturing, installation and construction activities
- Generate inspection, progress and non‑conformance reports, and coordinate inspection release and final acceptance activities
- Verify inspection and testing equipment calibration, and confirm storage and preservation of equipment comply with manufacturer requirements
- Support supplier audits, as‑built documentation and handover activities in coordination with the project quality team
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong inspection capability supported by relevant technical experience. This will include:
- Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in a technical or quality discipline
- Inspection certification in welding or a related discipline from a recognised industry or national body
- Radiographic Interpretation certification
- Typically a minimum of 5 years’ relevant inspection experience, preferably within Oil & Gas or LNG environments
- Knowledge of ISO quality management system requirements
- Experience working on EPC or consultancy projects with suppliers and construction teams
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a high level of integrity
