Wood has an opportunity for a Lead Mechanical Engineer who has previous working experience in an Integrated Project Management team / PMC role for an LNG facility/terminal EPC project. The role will provide leadership and oversight from a project and execution assurance perspective for mechanical engineering scope.

The Role

The Lead Mechanical Project Engineer is responsible for the safe, high‑quality, and schedule‑driven delivery of mechanical engineering scopes across all project phases. The role provides technical leadership and project oversight, coordinating closely with EPC contractors, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and key stakeholders to ensure designs and deliverables align with project requirements. Accountability includes ensuring outcomes meet approved designs, specifications, budgets, schedules, and applicable Owner and regulatory standards while managing technical risk and supporting efficient project execution.
