Accounts/Finance Manager

- Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents

- Experience in SQL software is preferred

- Assist in performing full set accounting works

- Prepare daily bank reconciliation report

- Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system

- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts and administration tasks

- Complete weekly bank recon from branches and issue reimbursements cheque

- Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any

- Handle any other ad hoc assignment

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree

- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges
