Job Description:

• Responsible for validating ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and platform best practices before production deployment.
  

  
  

Responsibilities 

• Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for
  

  
  

• ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Request, Problem, etc.).
  

  
  

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow implementations.
  

  
  

• Validate workflows, business rules, SLAs, forms, and reports against requirements.
  

  
  

• Log, track, and retest defects in collaboration with developers and functional teams.
  

  
  

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure test evidence is properly documented.
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with quality, governance, and audit requirements.
  

  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience testing ServiceNow applications and ITSM processes.
  

  
  

• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionality.
  

  
  

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and defect management experience.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with test management tools and documentation practices.
  

  
  

• ServiceNow or ISTQB certification is a plus.
