Job Description:

The Lead Solution Architect can be best described as a hybrid role that bridges the gap between a Solution Architect and an Enterprise Architect. This position involves defining comprehensive end-to-end solutions during projects and requires strong collaboration with both the Project Manager and the Enterprise Architecture team.

Requirements: 

• A solution architect with the ability to take a step back from the technical aspects, understand the complexity of the business, and constructively challenge the business teams on value.
  

  
  

• Could be an Enterprise Architect, but with a technical background in IT (Solution Architect)
  

  
  

• French and English fluent
  

  
  

• Modeling tools (ERD, Archimate, BPMN, UML)
  

  
  

Ideally to have:

• Solid understanding of how a service-based company operates, particularly across the Lead to Cash value stream
  

  
  

• Experience in management control to monitor profitability, as well as familiarity with base costing activities
  

  
  

• Experience in resource and capacity management
  

  
  

• ICT Products / Services knowledge
