Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for architectural, interior, and landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed BOQs for projects
• Develop and compile project specifications and tender documents
• Collaborate with design teams and clients

• Minimum 5 years' experience in BOQ preparation
• Strong knowledge of architectural, interior, and landscape projects
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, etc.)
