Graphic Designer

asm-studio is a marketing and business consultancy that blends strategy with design to build brands, packaging, and digital experiences with clarity and purpose.

We’re looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team full-time in Baabda.

The role involves working across a wide range of design projects — from brand identity and packaging to social media, print, and simple web layouts. You’ll be responsible for turning briefs into clean, consistent visuals and preparing files for posting or printing, including packaging die-lines and export specs.

You’ll also help develop visual systems, organize files and deliverables, and contribute ideas and quick design explorations when needed. The role suits someone detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working on multiple brands in a calm, focused environment.

• 3–5+ years of relevant design experience in a studio, agency, or brand setting

  
  

• Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

  
  

• Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and composition

  
  

• Organized file management and attention to detail

  
  

• Problem-solver with a proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Basic animation/video for simple reels or ads (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut)

  
  

• InDesign and/or Figma for layouts and simple web flows

  
  

• Solid knowledge of print/packaging production

  
  

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, or Nano Banana

  
  

• Full-time position, based in Baabda
