Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Safety Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry. In this role, you will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, conduct routine audits, and oversee food handling practices to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. You will work closely with kitchen and service teams to train staff, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular food safety audits and inspections.

Train and support staff on proper food safety protocols.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in food safety, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Certification in food safety
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
