Responsibilities:
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of collected information
• Follow-up on cases on a daily basis and contact customers via email as well as update the CRM database accordingly
• Manage data and enter record information as needed
• Schedule and plan appointments
• Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues built on transparency
Working Schedule: PM SHIFT from 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Computing, Marketing, Human Resources, IT
• 2+ years experience in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
