Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the waitstaff and management to ensure smooth flow of service.
Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously and promptly, addressing any issues or special needs.
