Junior Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background with proven experience in managing design and execution of architectural and interior fit-out projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-end residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept through to execution.
• Assist in preparing detailed drawings, presentations, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Conduct site visits and assist in coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality requirements are achieved.
• Participate in material selection, shop drawing reviews, and quality control during the fit-out phase.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Contribute to innovative solutions to design and technical challenges.
