Job Summary:

Rituals Beauty Salon is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to oversee and manage all HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and be capable of managing a diverse team in a dynamic salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Handle HR communications effectively in both Arabic and English.
• Work closely with management to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Maintain employee records and prepare reports as required.
