Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a female data entry operator based in Kuwait to support our real estate operations. The role involves accurately entering and managing property, client, and transaction data. Attention to detail, speed, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Input and update property listings, client information, and transaction records into the database.
2. Verify data accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
3. Maintain and organize physical and digital files related to real estate transactions.
4. Assist in generating reports and summaries based on the data entered.
5. Respond to inquiries regarding data and provide support to other departments as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
7. Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
8. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.
9. Train new staff on data entry procedures and software tools.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
