Job Description:
Ensure full compliance with Kuwait OSHA, KOC, KNPC, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Lead site audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Mentor and develop site HSE teams and coordinators.
Monitor regulatory trends and advise leadership on proactive compliance measures.
About the Client:
A reputable construction company handling EPC projects in Kuwait.
Qualifications:
Open to Western nationalities. Male, 62 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related courses
Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE, with at least 5+ years in a senior corporate HSE role
Familiarity with incident investigation tools (e.g., RCA, HAZOP), and international best practices
