Duties and Essential Job Functions
Management:
1.Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining an appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers
2.Maintains professional and technical knowledge
3.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Technical:
4.Prepares journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts
5.Analyzes and reconciles expenditure/revenues and designated accounts
6.Monitors designated accounts and expenditures, ensuring data is recorded in the company’s financial accounting system
7.Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks payables/receivables
8.Prepare monthly invoices and statements as needed
9.Communicate with designated parties regarding payment issues

10.Adheres fully to the mandated financial regulations and norms
11.Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations
12.Implementation of all related organizational policies and procedures
13.Implementation of all related rules and regulations
14.Ensure commitment to all QHSE regulations and procedures as per management requirements
15.Ensure that all company assets are maintained and used properly avoiding any damage or misuse
Reporting:
16.Provides written or verbal reports in the appropriate medium and context
