Accommodation Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

1. Weekly physical Inspection of all company’s flat in all areas, includes kitchen, bathroom, rooms & hall.
2. Monitoring with Handyman and fixing all the maintenance work in all flats on time and as required.
3. To Handle new overseas arrival as arranging airport pickup, accommodation, food, and medical formalities.
4. Preparing accommodation reports monthly, to be shared with HR and Accounts Dept.
5. Monitoring accommodation security activities.
6. Following up electricity and water payment and flat rentals and make sure to pay them on time.
7. Following up staff rotation from one location to another.
8. Taking care of flat materials and furniture.
9. Any other duties as required by the line manager or Head of Department that are commensurate with the grade.
