ZAIN2238 - Integration Developer Division Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to Planning, distributing, and supervising the Integration function’s activities through the development and integration of systems that fulfill the requirements of end-users as well as analyzing and evaluating implemented systems and recommending developments along with defining solutions and upgrades to improve the overall performance of Zain and enhance customers’ experience.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

• Planning and managing the Integration function as well as developing work plans and assigning resources and tasks and ensuring adherence to set guidelines and procedures.

  
  

• Contributing to the process of setting up new requirements, business rules and optimal solutions as well as system related roadmaps for the departments within Zain.

  
  

• Developing and Administrating Zain Services and Backends using different technologies including IBM Integration Bus (WebSphere Message Broker, APP Connect) and IBM MQ, Microsoft .Net Framework & .Net Core (XML Web Services, SOAP, Rest APIs, Microservices, back ends, etc...), Oracle PL/SQL, DELPHI, etc...

  
  

• Administering and maintaining Zain web services & Backends including Zain Portal, Zain USSD, CRM, IBM MW, IVR, Zain APP, Sales APP, E-Shop, FTTH Services/Backends, 3rd Parties Services, Billing Backends, Provisioning Backends, RPA Services, Support Services, …etc. as well as communicating requirements to vendors and ensuring that problems are followed up and resolved in a timely manner

  
  

• Analyzing problems and business requirements as well as identifying business-oriented solutions, and subsequently directing the function to the timely resolution and improvement of implemented systems.

  
  

• Managing the project delivery including the implementation of systems and integration processes along with the coordination with concerned departments and the allocation of resources.

  
  

• Building/Maintaining the CI/CD environment for Zain Jordan using the latest DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Dockers, Containers, Kubernetes, Docker Registry, Elasticsearch & Kibana, and Prometheus & Grafana)

  
  

• Eliciting and analyzing requirements and system needs from different functions as well as ensuring that implemented systems reflect these requirements and recommending developments to enhance performance and mitigate future complications

  
  

• Supervising the Integration services and processes for Business Support Systems, Customer Care Applications and customer touch points and ensuring the optimization of system’s design and architecture to achieve highest level of operational efficiency and system’s availability.

  
  

• Coordinating activities with other developers to ensure that Integration projects are completed on time

  
  

• Analyzing and improving current system integrations, backends, and migration strategies.

  
  

• Identifying, debugging, and advising on system errors or architecture issues.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any related field

  
  

• Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience.
