ROLE SUMMARY
Backend Software Engineer role focused on building intuitive and impactful digital customer experiences. The position involves working within a feature team to develop backend features, collaborate on problem-solving, and deliver high-quality software under the guidance of the Software Development Team Lead.
ROLE PROFILE

• Design and implement integrations using platforms like APIGee
• Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions in Agile environments
• Analyze business requirements and define suitable integration approaches
• Apply development best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders on solution alignment
• Create automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Integrate software with monitoring and support tools
• Troubleshoot, document, and maintain integration solutions and user guides

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient in relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Strong experience in REST API design and development using JavaScript and Node.js
• Solid knowledge of clean code practices, SOLID principles, design patterns, data structures, and software quality delivery
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and API testing for performance and security
