Software Development Manager

• Lead and define the team’s long-term technical strategy and architecture.
  

  
  

• Own major deliverables end-to-end, driving the software development life cycle from planning through deployment.
  

  
  

• Collaborate with product managers to create strategic roadmaps that deliver value to customers.
  

  
  

• Work closely with senior engineers to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
  

  
  

• Enforce engineering best practices across design, documentation, development, testing, and operations.
  

  
  

• Manage project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  

  
  

• Maintain operational excellence in production environments.
  

  
  

• Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship within an agile team setup.
  

  
  

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including full ownership of system development
  

  
  

• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams
  

  
  

• 2+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
  

  
  

• Solid understanding of the full software/hardware/network lifecycle, including version control, code reviews, CI/CD, and production monitoring
  

  
  

• Experience working closely with product and program management teams
  

  
  

• Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  

  
  

• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering teams
  

  
  

• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive product direction and technical innovation
  

  
  

• Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams through complex challenges
