Optimiza is looking for a skilled Software Development Full Stack Team Leader to lead our talented development team in delivering robust and scalable full-stack solutions.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end development process, guide technical decision-making, and foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of full-stack developers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
Manage the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical strategies.
Implement and advocate Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project visibility.
