Senior UX Designer

Requirements

Needed Competencies:

• Data storytelling and critical thinking
• Collaboration and team player attitude
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Time management and prioritization
• Communication and visual presentation skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Expertise in UX design methodologies
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and patterns
• Experience designing dashboards and complex interfaces
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI
• Working knowledge of accessibility and responsive design

Preferences:

• Experience with Power BI, or other data platforms
• Exposure to agile development environments
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of UX design experience with at least 2 years working on data-driven applications or platforms
