Senior Systems Engineer Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft infrastructure services including deployment, support, optimization, and migration projects .
Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues across Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments.
Maintain hands-on involvement in on-premise server environments , including troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization.
Design and execute migration strategies (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to hybrid/cloud) with minimal service disruption.
Microsoft Platform Expertise Architect, deploy, and support: Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and hybrid) Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP SQL Server (installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning) Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience Mandatory Experience Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise technologies.
Deep expertise in: Microsoft Exchange (setup, support, troubleshooting, and migration) Active Directory (design, administration, and recovery) SQL Server (installation, configuration, support) Strong on-premise server experience — hands-on exposure is mandatory.
Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale environments .
