Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex Digital Products and Software Solutions, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-budget execution.
Acting as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, you will drive Agile Methodologies, align stakeholders, and lead Cross-functional Teams to consistently deliver value each sprint.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within Project Scope, and within budget.
Define project objectives and Delivery Roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Lead Agile Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Stakeholders.
Manage Project Timelines, track progress (KPIs), and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Identify Project Risks, dependencies, and challenges, and drive mitigation plans.
Lead client engagements to clarify Requirements and manage expectations.
Monitor team performance, remove blockers (Impediments), and foster a high-performing environment.
Drive continuous improvement of Agile Processes and Software Delivery practices.
Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) standards and successful delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in Project Management and Software Delivery.
Strong leadership, organizational, and Communication Skills.
Solid experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks and Project Management Tools (like Jira).
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (Written and Spoken).
