Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models and analytical solutions.

Contribute to the development and documentation of data science methodologies, tools, and processes.
Class A Health Insurance degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in data science roles, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R, with deep knowledge of data science libraries and frameworks.
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.
g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, project management, and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
