Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate information on available parts, pricing, and shipping details.
Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles by gathering details like make, model, year, and VIN if needed.
Process sales orders, create invoices, and update order details in the system.
Follow up with customers on order status, shipping updates, and after-sales support.
Work closely with the inventory and shipping team to confirm part availability and dispatch.
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude when handling customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
Support walk-in customers and assist with in-person sales when needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in auto parts sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and phone handling skills.
Basic knowledge of car parts and automotive systems (training provided if necessary).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service focused.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
