Our Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a large-scale digital transformation program. The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities across multiple workstreams, maintaining governance standards, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
This role requires experience in complex IT environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting structured project execution.
You Will- Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all project participants.
- Organize and document meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue logs, and change requests.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proper escalation and timely resolution.
- Support project governance activities, including reporting, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Prepare and maintain periodic status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams (e.g., development, integration, QA) to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in resource coordination and utilization tracking.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Support audit readiness and maintain proper documentation for project reviews and compliance requirements.
RequirementsTo Be Successful you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in large-scale or multi-stream projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience in supporting complex IT or digital transformation projects
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Experience in risk and issue tracking with proper escalation handling
- Strong reporting and documentation capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications- CAPM certification (preferred)
- Experience in government or public sector projects
- Familiarity with PMO practices and reporting standards
