About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Systems Engineer to join our Microsoft Infrastructure team.
The successful candidate will support the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions for our customers while assisting in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Microsoft infrastructure environments.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to build their expertise in Microsoft technologies while working alongside experienced engineers.
The Junior Systems Engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, contribute to infrastructure projects, and continuously develop technical and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities Support the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.
Assist senior engineers in technical engagements throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft infrastructure issues under guidance while developing advanced troubleshooting skills.
Support the preparation and presentation of technical solutions that address customer business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Work closely with senior engineers to gain technical knowledge and best practices.
Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Identify technical issues and escalate complex challenges when necessary.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and industry trends through continuous learning.
Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsEducation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment.
Internship or practical experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure technologies is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and develop in a customer-facing technical role.
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of and/or hands-on experience with: Active Directory Microsoft Exchange Server Hyper-V Windows Server Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft System Center Products Microsoft Azure Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft 365 Microsoft Defender Microsoft Intune Microsoft Purview Required Competencies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
