Main Objective of the Position


As a Junior Operations Analyst within Avertra, your job is not just to assist the Operations team but rather it is a chance to learn new and exciting things on a daily basis and work towards building your career. This position requires someone with good attention to detail and strong analytical skills who is looking for a position that allows them to constantly challenge themselves. Moreover, the Junior Operations Analyst is someone who is passionate about data and using it to assist the team to create strategies and programs that strengthen the overall operations of the company. The Junior Operations Analyst will be responsible for data entry, learning operational systems, supporting the operational team, and be a part of day to day operations and transformation. The right person for this job would have to have strong written and oral communication skills in English and exceptional interpersonal skills.


Main Job Responsibilities:


  • Collecting and organizing information from various sources and assisting in analyzing data.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze information, identify problems and assist in developing solutions to business problems
  • Prepare presentations and/or reports to look over the findings and recommendations
  • Assisting in shaping the department’s overall way of work
  • Assisting in developing strategic plans
  • Translating concepts and information into images, tables, reports, etc
