Overview
Our client is a leading, large-scale company operating in the Contracting industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee our Human Capital division in Amman, Jordan. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing complex HR systems and administrative services across both corporate offices and active project sites.
Strategic Planning: Participate in developing and executing HR strategies, goals, and budgets that align with the organization’s long-term objectives.
Policy Development: Establish and manage the implementation of comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure organizational compliance and efficiency.
Full-Cycle HR Management: Oversee all aspects of recruitment, manpower planning, training, performance management, and succession planning.
Administrative & Logistics Oversight: Manage administrative services including health insurance, government relations, facilities maintenance, and camp management for project sites.
Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employee issues, working to resolve conflicts and implement programs that elevate morale and motivation.
Performance Monitoring: Identify and measure KPIs related to human resources, using reporting mechanisms to evaluate progress and suggest improvements.
Resource & Contract Management: Handle service contracts for premises and logistics, ensuring high-quality delivery of maintenance, transportation, and office renovations.
Education: B.A. in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Proficiency in HRMS, advanced communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work flexibly between the office and project sites.
Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Availability: Immediate or 30-day joining preferred.
Location: Amman, Jordan (Open to candidates applying from inside or outside the country).
Salary Range: JOD 2,500 to 3,000 monthly package.
Working Days: 6 days per week.
