Accounting Manager (Remote Work)

Overview: Our client is a leading, growing company in the International Trading sector. We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Accounting Manager to lead financial operations and ensure the fiscal integrity of the organization. This is a critical role that demands high-level expertise in ERP systems and financial reporting to support our expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Management: Lead the implementation and optimization of advanced ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, to ensure accurate financial data integration and reporting.

  
  

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for management review.

  
  

• General Ledger Oversight: Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger (GL) to ensure all financial records comply with international accounting standards and local regulations.

  
  

• Accounts Receivable Management: Direct the accounts receivable process, monitoring aging reports and collaborating with the sales team to ensure timely collection and liquidity.

  
  

• Financial Controls: Establish and enforce robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks across trading operations.

  
  

• Cross-Departmental Communication: Act as the primary financial liaison, providing clear, actionable insights to the General Manager and stakeholders to support business decisions.

  
  

• Operational Leadership: Supervise the accounting workflow, ensuring strict adherence to daily accounting cycles and statutory compliance requirements.

  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  
  

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience.

  
  

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar Tier-1 ERP systems; expert knowledge of GL and financial reporting.

  
  

• Soft Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional communication and analytical abilities.

  
  

• Availability: Ability to join immediately or within 30 days.

  
  

• Location: Based in Amman, Jordan (Role is Remote).

  
  

Compensation:

• Salary Range: JOD 1,500 – 2,000 per month.

  
  

• Work Schedule: 5 days per week.
