zaincash.iq. Responsibilities: Develop, document, and maintain clear and structured operational processes and workflows in alignment with organizational standards and procedures.
Continuously review and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, and overall operational performance.
Ensure all process documents and workflow steps are accurately maintained and updated within the designated workflow management systems.
Collaborate with relevant departments to gather requirements, validate processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Support the implementation and rollout of new automated workflows and process enhancements across the organization.
Assist in process tracking, reporting, and archiving activities as required.
Up to 2 years of experience in process documentation, workflow management, operations, or related areas.
Proven ability to create, maintain, and optimize process documents and operational workflows.
Fluent in Arabic with good written and verbal English communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
