Job Title: Geo Marketing Officer

Contract Type: Permanent – Part Time

Job Purpose:

- Conducting surveys on customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision-making process regarding product designs, prices, purchasing decisions, satisfaction level, brand image, distribution channels, offers and promotions.  Proposing new area to coverage expansion and giving feedback to all coverage complain.


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 

·       Preparing Geomarketing report nominated areas by collecting field data and submitting them through annual Geo marketing coverage plan.

·      Tracking and managing customer coverage complaints through many channels "HPSM, Words of mouth, Official governmental letter and Hand written inhabitant letter" in order to find good and quick solution with coordination of technical RF optimization and planning teams.

·      Creating and updating of Geo data base including mapping and layers of new geographical areas.

·       Follow up site deployment team to prioritize their rollout processes geographically.

·      Event planning, providing event calendar and forecasting victors follow up coverage and quality of service during events

·      Competitors benchmarking for network, follow up competitor's activities regarding their network plans and updating Geo database as well as informing our management on any movement from them.
