Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Support daily media monitoring across print, online, broadcast, and social media channels

  
  
  

• Assist with social listening activities to track brand, competitor, and industry conversations

  
  
  

• Help compile and organize media coverage reports and dashboards

  
  
  

• Tag, categorize, and maintain media and social content databases

  
  
  

• Flag notable trends, spikes, or sensitive coverage to the supervisor

  
  
  

• Support basic qualitative and quantitative analysis of media and social data

  
  
  

• Assist with periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal teams or clients

  
  
  

• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate monitoring outputs

  
  
  

• Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
