Job Posting Title - Quality Assurance Engineering, Tech Lead

Job Summary:

This position requires working closely with the Business Unit (BU) to understand the requirements, prepare Test plans, Test Scenarios, and Test strategy. Review the Test cases/Test Scripts and provide the necessary help to team members. Should be capable to support Go-Live and Post-Production events.

Job Description

• Required Years of experience: 8 – 10 years
• Hands on experience in leading multiple testing teams.
• Experience of creating Test Artifacts like test strategy, test plan, test approach, test estimates, review process etc.
• Proficiency with Automation (Web Application & Mobiliti App - Preferred), Selenium, Scripting (Java / C#), Framework creation.
• Experience in defining test automation strategy for the product and estimate.
• Manage communication and relationships with project internal and external stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• Able to work directly with BU partners to resolve business and technical conflicts.
• Develop and maintain QA process within different testing teams.
• Hands on experience on Functional, System and Regression Testing and testing methodologies
• Ability to monitor and control projects to meet constraints of cost, quality and schedule.
• Proactive and effective risk management and status reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Leadership, mentoring, presentation skills.
• Ready to accept challenging, time-sensitive and aggressive assignments, ability to motivate and lead project teams on such assignments.
• Motivate team to deep dive into product, domain and technology.
• Ensure effective work prioritization

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred

Certification (Desired):

• ISTQB Advanced
