- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
- Maintain and update existing web applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.
- Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Strong knowledge of web application development lifecycle and best practices.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing code for performance improvements.
- Ability to document technical designs and specifications clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
