Position Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Shirwal - Onsite
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Leader /Coordinator Manager directly reports to Plant Manager Shirwal India.
Leading all activities related with warehouse management (including finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials, engineering Stores, Subcontracting activities and Control of external warehouses)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in EHS related activities while running smooth operation. 

•  Implementation of several activities to ensure the optimization and rationalization of the use of all resources that are allocated to receiving and warehousing process.

• Manage the RM & FG warehouse for running smooth operation of Production.

• Joint responsibility of P&L for the logistics budget of the India Operation.

• Interact with Supply Chain and Customer service, Business to ensure that the strategy and the G&O´s for the India Operation are sufficiently executed within his/her area of responsibility.

• Work with Mathadi unions in finalizing pay contract and workload.

• Should be able to work on SAP platform , Benchmark and conversant with BO reports.

Audit

Lead / Assist Internal / External Statutory Audits in compliance with HBF Legal Norms as well as local statutory codes as applicable.
 

EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED:

Internal: RM & FG Warehouse team up to 15, along with Mathadi team of up to 30.

External:  Control over external warehouses

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Commerce, Business
  Administration and Management or similar.
   
• Minimum 8-10 years in Warehouse / Stores / along with hands on experience in SAP software.
   
• Proactive, well organised, planning and negotiation skilled.
   
• Project Management and Leadership experience required
   
• Worked in an international environment.
   
• Ready to work in Shirwal location.
